How materials are made.

CO-EXTRUDED CAP LAYER fade, scratch and stain shield WPC CORE wood fibre + recycled polymer
A co-extruded board: a tough outer shell fused over a wood-composite core.
  1. 01Blend: wood fibre and recycled polymer are mixed into a wood-plastic composite (WPC)
  2. 02Extrude: the blend is heat-formed into a dense, solid board core
  3. 03Co-extrude the shell: a protective cap layer is fused over the core for fade, scratch and stain resistance
  4. 04Emboss and size: a wood-grain texture is pressed in, then boards are cooled and cut to length
  5. 05Quality check: every batch is inspected before it ships
